Yoga for Recovery
Disordered Eating Recovery
A compassionate and spiritual approach to healing
I believe that yoga has the ability to restore the fractured relationship between mind and body and, combining my extensive training with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and my own journey to healing, I have developed a gentle pathway to freedom for you.

This path is a practical approach to recovery and one that set me free from my own eating disorder. Yoga offers us a rich philosophy and practice that, alongside an overall treatment strategy, can help transform a tragically disrupted mind, body, and spirit into a thriving being.

This form of treatment helps to eradicate the symptoms of an eating disorder and more importantly, facilitates deeper healing. It is the deeper healing yoga offers that guides an individual to a life free of their eating disorder or disordered eating and reconnects those in the depths of struggle with their true nature underneath.
